The Team of One
One of the greatest achievements as a professional is the contributions you make to others. As an educator, I have spent the majority of my professional developing others.
educators and professionals use resources, tactics and tools from every aspect of life to create, develop and enhance the community they serve. The goal is to contribute and pour into the people and organizations to address their different educational needs.
, amassing a team that can address any school or business issue. Individually, each of us are exceptional! Our challenge was to put the individuals together and see how well we worked collectively, but much like your organizations... It is still a challenge!

Monday A.M. is the Brain Child of all my professional and educational experiences. It is a reflection of all of the superintendents, principals, campus leaders and managers I have been exposed to over the last 20 years. My experience as an educator is 17 years. However, the corporate or what some call the real world experience has given me the perspective to address each situation appropriately. Monday morning, every school and business should start as normally as possible.
Hence "MONDAY A.M."

Regardless to what you are doing each weekend...
School should start like clockwork every Monday A.M.
During 2013-14 School year, Girls and Boys Preparatory Academy moved or changed locations on two separate occasions. With each transition, the staff, students and parents made the adjustments to have the most successful school year in the school's history!

I'm extremely grateful that you kept us afloat this year - especially taking into consideration the hand you were dealt (i.e. expiring lease, India House, & incomplete new school) & the budget issues.
