Monday A.M. is the Brain Child of all my professional and educational experiences. It is a reflection of all of the superintendents, principals, campus leaders, and managers I have been exposed to over the last 20 years. However, the corporate or what some call real-world experience has given me the perspective to address each situation appropriately. Monday morning, every school and business should start as normally as possible.

Hence "MONDAY A.M."

Regardless to what you are doing each weekend...
Your business should start like clockwork every Monday A.M.

An appreciation of cultural diversity and understanding the impact of globalization are paramount to eliminating the achievement gaps amongst twenty-first century students. Working with the many cultures across the globe, respectively, I know, firsthand, that it is imperative to push the limits of how we address our students and the education profession, and that students' becoming multilingual and globally indoctrinated are significant to their competitive success.

During 2013-14 School year, Girls and Boys Preparatory Academy moved or changed locations on two separate occasions. With each transition, the staff, students and parents made the adjustments to have the most successful school year in the school's history!

I'm extremely grateful that you kept us afloat this year - especially taking into consideration the hand you were dealt (i.e. expiring lease, India House, & incomplete new school) & the budget issues.
