Monday A.M. is the Brain Child of all my professional and educational experiences. It reflects my experiences with all of the superintendents, principals, campus leaders, and managers I have been exposed to over the last 20 years. However, the corporate or what some call the real-world experience has given me the perspective to address each situation appropriately. The philosophy is, every Monday morning, every school and business should start as normally as possible.
Hence "MONDAY A.M."
